Annual General Meeting 2018

The annual General meeting was held in the Bathurst Library Meeting Room July 21. The members present received reports from: the President; Treasurer; Members Secretary; Cemetery Coordinator and Research Coordinator. New office bearers and committee were elected. Family History Group Recognised in Parliament

The Group was pleased to be advised by the Member for Bathurst , Paul Toole MP that following our “incredible endeavours” and the recent plaque ceremony at the Bathurst Cemetery he presented a Private Members Statement in Parliament to recognise our outstanding achievements. Perthville Convent – click here

A group of 30 members had an interesting tour of the Perthville convent and cemetery,  hosted by the Sisters of St Joseph on March 17. This was followed by an enjoyable get together for lunch at the nearby Bridge Hotel, Perthville.
