The first time a history of Sunny Corner was compiled was in 1961 when a centenary booklet was written by Trevor Parmenter who was then the local school teacher.
This new book is a more comprehensive history of Sunny Corner. Chapters include ‘The Mines’, The Town’, ‘The Environment’, and ‘Tales and Characters of Sunny Corner’. It contains maps and many old photos of people and places.
