Family History Research regular open days for drop-in and research are Mondays & Thursdays 10am to 12 noon, Tuesdays 2pm to 4pm. subject to the availability of volunteers. If you are visiting from out of town, please contact on 0479041058- to confirm that the Centre will be open. Research enquiries are welcome at research@bathurstfhg.asn.au

Research days at Bathurst Regional Library are 4th Tuesday of each month between 1pm and 3pm. 2025 Dates are: 23 September, 28 October, 25 November. BFHG Research team volunteers are available to assist members and non-members with their family history research.

It’s time to renew your membership for year 2025/2026. Renewal forms are available on this website in RESOURCES/FORMS. Payment can be made by bank transfer (please use Name/membership number as reference) or at Centre. Your membership allows us to preserve and share the history of Bathurst, and we appreciate your support. We anticipate another year of heritage exploration. Local residents can attend meetings, while others can connect via Facebook or Zoom. Our website offers free access to relevant journals & Bathurst Pioneer Register. Members receive our quarterly journal, Carillon Chimes, and can join Cemetery Wanders and Graves and Grub events for a small fee.
