When businessman Toney Fitzgerald stumbled on an historic brewery in his home town, he went on a mission to find and revive its century-old beer recipes.

On his journey he unearthed the rich story of the Walker family who were pioneers of the early beer trade in regional Australia.
Toney shared his adventure with the ABC while enduring a long battle with cancer.

He died early 2019 at the age of 57.
